Southeastern Housing Foundation

Southeastern Housing Foundation (SHF) is dedicated to providing quality, multi-family housing to low-income and at-risk populations in our area. SHF does not just provide an apartment but collaborates with service providers to help our families/individuals grow to reach their potential.

ABOUT KLF'S SOUTHEASTERN HOUSING FOUNDATION

Our Facilities:

Flenniken Landing

Flenniken Landing is a 48-unit permanent supportive housing development in South Knoxville. Rehabilitated from an abandoned school building, Flenniken Landing was fully restored and on November 12, 2011 we celebrated its opening. It’s LEED for Homes Gold and Energy Star certified. Our full-time case management staff helps residents with the challenges and successes of reestablishing stable life choices, the basis of which is housing provided by Flenniken. We have 24/7 on-site staff with plenty of parking and security.

Hiawassee Square Apartments is a 24-unit apartment complex. Located in North Knoxville off Hiawassee Avenue, these apartments are suited for section 8 voucher holders and other low-income individuals or families. With 2- and 3-bedroom units, we think Hiawassee is a great place to live.
