KnoxWorx to Host Free Community Job Fair

Knoxville, TN – KnoxWorx, a workforce development initiative of Knoxville Leadership Foundation, to host free community job fair featuring over forty employers at Cedar Springs Presbyterian Church.

KnoxWorx community job fair will also have panel discussion with several of Knoxville’s top HR executives. The panelists will share key insights about how to get noticed by employers and land the job of their dreams. More than forty local employers and HR representatives will be on hand to accept resumes and answer questions.

“Our program allows individuals to explore and maximize their talents to help support themselves and their families through meaningful work” said David Ault, Vice President of Programs. “KnoxWorx connects qualified individuals with potential employers through our job opportunity network.”

KnoxWorx serves youth and adults in the Knoxville area by providing mentoring, job search strategies, and networking opportunities to help the unemployed gain meaningful employment. Our vision is to connect people to needed resources by engaging churches, employer partners, mentors and caring individuals to reach into our community and help those struggling with unemployment.
