WHAT IS THE IRONMAN TOURNAMENT?
This is a golf tournament which provides players with an opportunity to financially support the work of the Knoxville Leadership Foundation. KLF is a Christian organization that ministers in the urban communities of Knoxville. Our mission is to serve Knoxville by “connecting communities of resource with communities of need” while reconciling people to Jesus Christ and to each other.
HOW IT WORKS
The tournament isn’t for the “weak at heart”. In order to play, each person commits to get friends, business acquaintances, family members, etc. to sponsor him/her to play per hole. We ask each player to raise at least $10 per hole which will total $1,000 in sponsors. (Example: $1/per hole would be 10 sponsors at $100/each).
